“I enjoy painting  abstract subjects and themes and apply collage, drawings, acrylic and pastels as well as other media in the process.  I like to experiment with my artwork by trying out different techniques and materials and with mark making and colour combinations. My aim is always to connect with the viewer. In my more realistic work I attempt to let the viewers see themselves in the picture by including figures in my seascapes, landscapes and street scenes or to bring back memories of places they have visited. . I enjoy exploring different techniques and subjects and I am stimulated by taking part in challenges set by different groups to which I belong.”
